ONE team member MUST fill out the team registration(s) below. Do NOT fill out the form twice for the same team!

Only one division can be filled out at a time.

If you are an invite team, you will be sent an invoice after you accept your invite and must PAY IN FULL before that division opens for the lotto draw to keep your invite valid. If you are participating in the lotto draw, you will be sent an invoice if your team is chosen. You must PAY IN FULL by the applicable division "pay by date" to keep your lotto draw spot.
